🌟 Al Zanabaq is Recruiting: 2nd Stewardess – Service | 120m+ Private Motor Yacht

We are currently recruiting an experienced and service-oriented 2nd Stewardess (Service) to join the interior team of a prestigious 120m+ private motor yacht. This is a rotational and permanent position onboard a vessel renowned for its high standards and exceptional crew culture.

📌 Position Overview:

• Title: 2nd Stewardess – Service
• Vessel: 120m+ private motor yacht (world cruising)
• Contract: Permanent
• Rotation: Full rotation (TBC during interview)

• Only candidates with prior experience onboard 100m+ yachts will be considered.

✅ Mandatory Requirements:

• Valid STCW, ENG1, and Food & Hygiene Level 2 (or equivalent)
• Experience as a 2nd Stewardess or strong Lead Service Stewardess background on yachts 80m+
• Strong service skills including silver service, wine/champagne knowledge, themed dinners, guest interaction
• Ability to lead and mentor junior service stewardesses

      *      Excellent communication skills and professional attitude

🛠️ Role Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily guest service operations
• Maintaining service standards in coordination with the Chief Stewardess
• Training and supervising junior service team members
• Setting up and executing high-end table service (formal & informal)
• Collaborating with the galley and deck for seamless guest experiences
