Kiteboarding Instructor / Deckhand

Job Opportunity: Kiteboarding Instructor / Deckhand –Yacht (41m) – USA

We are looking for a Kiteboarding Instructor / Deckhand to join a 41m yacht operating in U.S. waters. Kiteboarding instruction is a mandatory requirement for this position. This is a permanent role within an international crew committed to high standards and exceptional service.

About the Role

• Kiteboarding instruction is a key responsibility—candidates must be experienced and confident in teaching.
• 6 months private use with liveaboard owners.
• Busy charter season in the summer.
• At least 5 months at anchor per year.
• Professional crew with a high standard of operation.
• Exciting itinerary and dynamic team environment.

Ideal Candidate

• Certified Kiteboarding Instructor (Mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Commercially endorsed Yachtmaster Offshore certification.
• Ideally working towards OOW.
• Strong large tender driving experience.
• PADI certified diver.
• Team player with a professional attitude.
• Additional skills such as videography, drone flying, GoPro use, underwater photography, and fishing are a plus.
